These terms apply to your use of this website and to all purchases made on it. The website is operated by Nilai by Myllu Silks, 1E, Samathottam, Mudhalipalayam Pirivu, Kangeyam Road, Tirupur – 641606, Tamil Nadu, India. Please read them before placing an order.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.

Products and colours

We try to show every product as accurately as possible. Because our garments are made in small batches and some are hand-finished, slight variations in colour, print placement and texture are natural and are not defects. Screen settings can also change how colours appear.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Order acceptance

Your order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. You will get a full refund in such cases.

Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Shipping, exchanges, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Nilai name and logo, product photographs, designs and text, belongs to Nilai by Myllu Silks and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
