Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. For international orders, please message us on WhatsApp at +91 98424 78807 before ordering so we can share shipping charges and timelines.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹5000.
- A flat ₹70 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹5000.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched from Tirupur within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Saturday).
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days in Tamil Nadu and South India, and 5 to 8 working days elsewhere.
- During sales, festivals or bad weather, deliveries may take a little longer.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will send the tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also check the status any time on our Track Order page.
Delivery issues
- Please check that your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
- If the package looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
- If a delivery attempt fails three times, the parcel returns to us. We can reship it after collecting the shipping charge again.
