Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 98424 78807 or emailing myllusilks@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You can use our Returns & Exchange Policy after delivery instead.
We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or the payment could not be verified. You will be informed and fully refunded.

Refunds

Prepaid orders: refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after cancellation is confirmed or after the returned item passes our quality check.
Shipping charges are not refundable, except when the product was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit in your account.

Store credit

Where an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit valid for 6 months, which you can use on any product on our website.
